What we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may process:

- Content of enquiries, discovery notes, and engagement correspondence
- Invoice and payment administration records (bank details are handled via invoice / payment channels, not published on this site)
- Technical data such as basic server or hosting logs if enabled by the site host
This marketing site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels as of the date above.
Why we process it
- To respond to enquiries and run discovery calls
- To deliver agreed AI Ops Setup work (including temporary access to systems you authorise)
- To invoice, keep accounting records, and meet legal obligations
- To improve the clarity of this site based on aggregate feedback (no profiling for ads)

Engagement access

Retention
Enquiry mail is kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period. Engagement and accounting records are kept as required for UK tax and contract purposes (often up to six years for financial records).
Your rights
